LesWWW since 2018, one foot in the industry
Since 2018, LesWWW has been my consulting practice: rapid prototyping, workshops, innovation framing for agencies, schools and media. I learned to frame before executing, to test fast, and to pass on what actually holds up in the field.
I don't play the provider who executes everything himself. I step back, arbitrate, and hand over when it's time to execute. You gain an outside view, not a dependency.
Alongside, I'm an innovation consultant at EuraCreative, the CCI accelerator in Lille. The role limits my time: the LesWWW missions I accept have a real subject, a committed team and a will to clarify before rushing in.
LesWWW and EuraCreative are two separate activities. I don't offer LesWWW missions to organisations supported by EuraCreative, and I don't prospect in its network. If a request comes from that scope, I pass it on to the EuraCreative team.

Find the real tension before talking solutions: what's stuck, for whom, and what standing still costs.

Test the simplest direction that holds up: a workshop, a mock-up, a prototype, a few users. No over-engineering.
Which way.
Decide: continue, pivot or stop. You leave with a direction and a roadmap your teams can follow without me.
