Florent Bertiaux, Innovation Consultant at LesWWW and EuraCreative
Hello, I'm Florent.
Innovation Consultant at EuraCreative - Plaine Images, I support the Cultural and Creative Industries ecosystem: from startups to studios, from media to large groups. I help these players navigate the transformation challenges of our sector.
Alongside that, through LesWWW, I offer tailor-made interventions: stepping back for perspective, framing a need, prototyping a direction, or bridging the gap between your creative and technical teams. This is my space for agility and "doing".
My philosophy is simple: no useless slides, no jargon to impress. We bring structure to the chaos to draw a clear, actionable path forward.
Eight years independent, now an in-house consultant
Since 2018, LesWWW has been my independent consulting identity: rapid prototyping, workshops, innovation consulting for agencies, schools and media in the region. I learned to frame before executing, to test fast, and to pass on what actually holds up in the field.
Today, my day-to-day revolves around EuraCreative: a dense CCI hub with real industry-wide challenges. I no longer play the role of the provider who executes everything himself. I step back, arbitrate, and activate the right network when it's time to act.
My time outside the hub is limited. The external missions I take on are just as selective: a real subject, a committed team, and a willingness to clarify before rushing in.
What matters
Step back for perspective.
Refuse to keep your nose to the grindstone: analyze the project's structure before committing any technical resource.
Bridge the technical divide.
Act as a translator between creative teams and engineering teams, so decisions are made on shared ground.
Smart, realistic solutions.
A testable prototype, sovereignty choices when they matter, and lean means rather than over-engineering.
Autonomy as the goal.
My role isn't to create dependency, but to make you capable of moving forward without me once the framing is in place.
What I offer
Four intervention formats for external missions. Each card starts from an identified tension and ends with what you walk away with.
Creative directors, agencies, studios
Creative / technical translation
The tension
Your design teams and your tech teams don't speak the same language. Meetings go in circles, briefs pile up, the project drifts.
What I do
I step in as a universal translator: turning usage needs into understandable constraints, challenging technical choices, and setting a common language for decision-making.
You leave with
A shared framing, documented trade-offs, and a roadmap every party can follow.
Leadership, CISOs, product teams
AI framing and sovereignty
The tension
AI tools are running in the shadows across the company. No one really knows where the data goes, or whether usage aligns with internal policy.
What I do
Usage audit, risk mapping, cloud/local/hybrid trade-offs. I propose realistic architectures and genuine usage sovereignty, not over-engineered setups.
You leave with
A clear usage policy, tested scenarios, and recommendations your teams can apply without turning them into data scientists.
Project leads, incubators, innovation committees
Prototyping and MVP validation
The tension
The enthusiasm is there, but the real need stays vague. Everyone wants to "launch the MVP" without having validated the tension to solve.
What I do
Framing workshops, no-code, low-code or generative AI prototyping, lightweight user testing. We validate or invalidate before committing a heavy development budget.
You leave with
A testable prototype, field feedback, and an informed decision: continue, pivot, or stop.
Schools, incubators, professional events
Teaching, masterclasses and juries
The tension
You're putting together a module, a themed day, or a graduation jury. You need a speaker who talks to students and decision-makers alike, with substance rather than a stack of slides.
What I do
Masterclasses and on-demand talks on focused topics: innovation, growth, web culture, project management, artificial intelligence. Juries for hackathons, graduations, calls for projects.
You leave with
A structured session, actionable feedback for participants, and an evaluation or feedback grid if you need one.
Projects and other playgrounds
This isn't my catalogue of missions: it's the ecosystem I move in.
