Your site is a few years old. It works, more or less. But nobody really knows whether it's slow on mobile, whether it shows up when people ask ChatGPT or Perplexity, or whether it would pass an accessibility check.
What I do
I go through the site in one day: real mobile speed, visibility in search engines and AI assistants, security and updates, accessibility. Then I sort it out: what can be fixed in an hour, what deserves a project, what can wait.

A short, prioritised report, a one-hour debrief, and a straight answer to the question that matters: touch up or rebuild?

Do you need access to the site?
Not to begin with: most of it can be measured from the outside. To go further on security and updates, read-only access is enough.
What if the audit calls for a rebuild?
The report is yours: hand it to whoever you like, me included. It works as the basis for a brief.
